Reflection has been running restaurants since 1986: front of house and back of house. Empire customizes it to the menu, then stays on the line for support.

Orders from your website and from Android/iOS ordering apps land in Reflection. Pickup, curbside, delivery, and delivery apps if you use them. Tickets hit the KDS or kitchen printers.

Free tech support by phone and remote access on our POS systems, 24/7. Dual Pricing / Cash Discount is available where it fits. We will not bolt it onto a restaurant that should not run it.
Dual Pricing for restaurants: $0 card processing
With Empire Dual Pricing, your restaurant pays $0 to accept cards: no processing cost and no monthly fee. Your menu shows a card price and a cash price before the guest orders. Available on NCC Reflection or on standalone terminals, for restaurants nationwide.
Two prices on the menu
Printed menus, menu boards, and online ordering show the card price and the cash price. We help you set them up before go-live.
The check matches the menu
Your POS or terminal charges the posted card price for cards and the cash price for cash. No fee is added at the end of the meal.
You keep what you ring up
The card price covers the cost of taking cards. Prefer a traditional rate? We give you a custom interchange-plus quote, priced for your store.

Can a restaurant use Dual Pricing?
Yes. Dual pricing and cash discount rules vary by state, and we set it up the compliant way for each one. In New York, for example, the menu shows both the card price and the cash price before the guest orders, under General Business Law §518. This is general information, not legal advice.
What does Dual Pricing cost my restaurant?
$0. Empire Dual Pricing has no processing cost and no monthly fee for the merchant. If you'd rather not run Dual Pricing, we give you a custom interchange-plus quote, priced for your store.
Is Dual Pricing only for NCC Reflection restaurants?
No. We serve brick-and-mortar restaurants nationwide, with Dual Pricing on standalone terminals or on NCC Reflection POS.
How do tips work with Dual Pricing?
Guests tip on the terminal the same way they do today. We walk through your tip and receipt settings with you during setup.
